Don’t Lift Anything Heavy
Following your C-Section, you should make sure that you don’t do any extra heavy lifting. This means not engaging in carrying your older children, picking up heavy items, or anything else that might strain the incision. Be Patient With Your Body
Your body isn’t going to immediately bounce back to what it once was. You should be patient with it and realize that it took you 9 full months to make a baby, so it should take about the same amount of time to bounce back to your old body again. Be patient with your process and know that it will happen eventually. There is no rush to getting back to your old body.
