In a large pot you’ll be bringing your butter and water to a boil. Slowly start stirring in the salt and flour. You’ll want to lower the heat and mix together until the dough is kind of in a ball form.
Put this ball of dough into a mixing bowl. Whisk in one egg at a time. You will want to make sure it’s well mixed before adding another egg.
In an ungreased pan, drop in 1 tablespoon of dough at a time. Super simple, huh? Bake for 20-25 minutes until puffs are a nice light golden color.
