Easy Lasagna Dip Recipe
Make our Slow Cooker Lasagna Dip in just a few easy steps for a delicious snack or appetizer that everyone loves! Serve with toast bread for a great treat!

  • 4 tomatoeschopped
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
  • 1/2cup marinara sauce
  • 1/4cup sour cream
  • 1cup green onionschopped
  • 3/4cup Parmesan cheeseshredded
  • 1 1/2cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 onionschopped
  • 1tbsp Italian seasoning mix
  • 1/4cup parsley leaveschopped
  • 1/2pound ground beef
  • 1tsp thyme leaves
  • 1/4cup olive oil
  1. In a large bowl, season the ground beef with the seasoning mix.
  2. Place in a large skillet (I prefer cast iron) over medium heat and cook for 5-10 minutes until lightly browned.
  3. Drain the majority of the oil from the meat
  4. Transfer to a slow cooker (I love this Hamilton Beach Portable Slow Cooker that is made to travel), and add the tomatoes, onion, thyme, and olive oil.
  5. In a bowl mix ¼ cup cheddar cheese, ½ Cup green onions, marinara sauce, sour cream, parmesan cheese, ricotta cheese, coriander leaves.
  6. Stir together, until it is evenly combined and transfer to the crockpot.
  7. Set on high and cook for 2 hours.
  8. When ready to serve, top with the remaining cheddar cheese and green onions.
Recipe Notes

We will often substitute the ground beef for ground turkey. There are so many great things you can add to this savory Lasagna Dip.
