Ingredients
  • 1 Chicken Breast Filet
  • 3-4Slices bacon
  • 2Cloves garlicMinced
  • 1Tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1tsp Honey
  • 1/4tsp Basildried
  • 10pcs WalnutsChopped
  • 1small carrotsliced
  • 10pcs French BeansCut same length as carrots
  • 3-4pcs Lettucesize you prefer for cups
  • 1/2tsp All Purpose Flourdissolved in 1 tbsp water
  • salt and ground black pepperto taste
  • olive oilfor frying
Marinade
  • 1Tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1tsp Honey
Instructions
  1. Mix marinade ingredients – soy sauce, balsamic and honey.
  2. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Pour the marinade. Sprinkle dried basil. Marinate for 2 hours or more.
  3. In a skillet, cook bacon to a crunch without adding any oil. Let it cool then crumble.
  4. In the same skillet, you can use bacon oil or replace with olive oil, sauté garlic. Before garlic turns brown, add in marinated chicken pieces. Cook chicken on all sides then set aside. Take out garlic if you like.
  5. In the same pan, toss in carrots and french beans. Sauté for 20 seconds. Set aside.
  6. In the same pan, add soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, and honey. Bring to a boil then add dissolved flour. Stir until thick in low heat.
  7. Now let’s arrange. Lay properly washed lettuce on a chopping board or platter. Add in chicken, bacon, carrots, french beans, chopped walnuts then drizzle with balsamic glaze.
