  • 1/4tsp salt
  • 1cup water
  • 1cup All Purpose Flour
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1/4cup Butter
  • 1pkg vanila puddingprepared
  • 1cup cherry pie filling
  • 1 1/2 Cups Confectioners Sugarno lumps
  • 3tbsp wateradd more water if needed
  • 2 1/2 tsp VanillaOptional
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. In a large pot over high heat bring butter and water to a boil.
  3. Stir in the salt and flour, lower heat to medium and mix together until it becomes a ball form.
  4. Place dough in a large mixing bowl.
  5. Whisk in one egg at a time, being sure it’s well mixed before adding another. Repeat for all four eggs.
  6. In an ungreased pan, drop in 1 tablespoon of dough at a time.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
  8. Once puffs are done, slice in half. Spoon on one teaspoon of vanilla pudding and then ½ teaspoon of cherry filling.
  9. Layer again with the other half of the puff. Drizzle glaze on top.
  1. Mix confectioners sugar in a bowl with milk and Vanilla until mixed thoroughly so you have a nice smooth glaze
Recipe Notes

Depending on how much of a vanilla flavor you want you can omit vanilla in the glaze.
