Cheesecake Stuffed Strawberries

  • 1package Fresh Strawberries
  • 1/2cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1package 8 oz Cream CheeseSoftened
  • 1 Piping bag and tips
  1. Set cream cheese out of refrigerator approximately 30 minutes before you begin preparing your recipe.  You want it to soften so it blends easily.
  2. In a large bowl or mixer, combine your cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla.  Mix until well incorporated.
  3. Take the mixture and put in a piping bag with the tip of your choice. Any tip will work.
  4. Next you want to work on your strawberries. Make sure they are washed, and then cut an X shape in the top of each strawberry. Cut about ¾ of the way down on the strawberry, but don’t cut all the way through.
  5. Complete this with all of your strawberries.  I also recommend that you pull each section a little to help it stay open. Don’t pull to hard, just very gently. It helps in getting the piping bag in, to fill strawberries.
  6. Pipe in some of the filing in each strawberry.
Recipe Notes

Store in refrigerator till it is ready to serve.  If you want to add more color you can add a blueberry to the tip of the cheesecake!
