I have often suffered from sleep issues. I get very restless at night and can over think things way too much. I also suffer from PTSD which causes another bunch of sleeping problems. Finding a solution to my lack of sleep would help me in so many areas in my life.

I’ve taken melatonin supplements in the past but I’m not a great pill taker so when the opportunity came to try Maxasorb Melatonin Sleep Cream by Vita Sciences I was intrigued and wanting to give it a go.
What Vita Science Says:
Natural Melatonin Sleep Cream & Insomnia Sleep Remedies
Helps Regulate Sleep Patterns
Relax And Ease Into A Good Night’s Sleep
Measured pump delivers 3 mg of Melatonin Sleep Cream
Gentle on the skin
Natural Melatonin Sleep Cream is the hormone that controls daily day-night cycles of sleep. Some sleep disorders, such as insomnia and Delayed Sleep Phase Syndrome (DSPS), are attributed to low melatonin levels.
Travelers suffering from jet lag and swing shift workers may also benefit from supplemented melatonin.
As we age our bodies do not make sufficient melatonin. Sleep enhancement is possible in healthy people as well with additional melatonin that may:
*Decrease the time needed to fall asleep
*Increase sleep duration.
Each measured dose of Maxasorb Melatonin lotion from our airless dispenser delivers 3 milligrams of melatonin with a full press of the pump. Just before bedtime, rub the easily absorbed, odorless lotion on your arms or legs.
For travelers trying to ease the effects of jet lag, apply Maxasorb Melatonin lotion the day of travel close to the target bedtime at your destination. This will aid in falling asleep faster, improves alertness during the day, and reduces daytime fatigue.
Use the product throughout the trip and for a week after return to help your body readjust its natural sleep cycle. Natural ingredients assure this lotion is gentle to your skin.
We received our can of Melatonin Sleep Cream by Vita Science without any issues.
I’ve taken Melatonin supplements in the past with varying results. In my experience Melatonin works best when you are having sleeping issues because of changes such as; travel, work schedule changes or other changes that have changed your sleeping pattern.
I don’t think Melatonin has ever worked for me when my sleep is disturbed because of my PTSD or depression. When my sleep routine is off I’ve found Melatonin to work well for me.
When I first tried Vita Science’s Melatonin Sleep Cream I really liked the pump dispenser; it gives you an exact 3 mg of Melatonin Sleep Cream. There’s no guess-work, you’ve got the exact amount. I like being able to take this sleep aid without the need for swallowing big pills. I dislike swallowing pills (I’ll do it when I need to) and rubbing the cream on is very simple.
The Melatonin Sleep Cream is a white cream with absolutely no smell. You rub the cream into your arm or leg and that’s it. The cream is not greasy or sticky and after about 15-20 minutes it’s fully absorbed and didn’t get my clothes or sheets dirty.
I applied the Melatonin Sleep Cream about 20 minutes before heading off to bed. The melatonin seemed to help me to fall asleep a little faster than usual. I think I have stayed asleep better while using it. That can be an issue for me too; staying asleep. I did not feel groggy the next day which I have always thought was a great thing about taking Melatonin.
All in all I’m happy with how the Melatonin Sleep Cream has worked for me. I don’t think my results are as pronounced as others might have since I also have sleep issues that wouldn’t be helped by increasing the Melatonin in my body.
I plan to travel soon and can’t wait to start using it right before my trip to get my sleep pattern more aligned. This is one of the best uses of this Melatonin Sleep Cream. What I’ve learned the most while struggling with all my family has been through; sleeping well is vital to our emotional health.
