I’ve been able to utilize this very nice Pulse Oximeter for my anxiety. When I feel like I’m having trouble breathing, I quickly put it on and I’m able to get a very quick reading of my pulse and if I’m getting the oxygen I need. It helps me to assess myself. Is it anxiety or am I really having trouble breathing? Is my heart beating as fast as it feels or is it just how I’m feeling? I’m able to see what I need wherever I’m at. At the soccer field, at home or out shopping.
